Timelyo Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates the Timelyo marketplace. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

• Account: phone number (required), name, email (optional), city.
• Bookings: which vendor you booked, when, the price you paid, and whether the visit completed.
• Reviews: ratings and free-text reviews you write.
• Device: FCM push token (only after you log in), app version, platform.
• Logs: IP, user-agent, request IDs — kept 30 days for security and debugging.

How we use it

• Find vendors near you and confirm bookings.
• Send transactional notifications (booking confirmed, completed, etc).
• Compute a vendor’s rating from your review.
• Detect abuse and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with vendors beyond what they need to deliver the service (your name + booked time).

Your rights

• Access — email privacy@timelyo.in and we’ll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
• Delete — same email, same window. We retain anonymised booking counts for accounting only.
• Correct — edit name/email in the app under “You › Personal details”.

Children

Timelyo is not directed at users under 13. We delete accounts on report.
