Refund policy
Money back, no haggling.
V1 payments are made directly to the vendor at the shop. Timelyo doesn’t hold customer money — but we still cover you when things go wrong.
When we cover you
- Vendor no-show — we cover your ride to the next closest open shop.
- Vendor cancels less than 30 minutes before the slot — same.
- Service was clearly not what was booked — we mediate within 48 hours.
When we don’t
- You don’t like the haircut. Taste isn’t something we can refund.
- You arrived late and the slot expired. Vendors keep slots for ~10 minutes.
