Terms of service.

Timelyo is a marketplace that connects you with independent local service vendors. By using Timelyo, you agree to the following.

Bookings

• A booking is a request that the vendor confirms (or rejects) within 5 minutes.
• You can cancel a confirmed booking up to 2 hours before the start time.
• If a vendor no-shows, contact support@timelyo.in — we’ll credit your next booking.

Payments

In V1, payment is made directly to the vendor at the shop or after the home service via UPI, cash or card. Timelyo does not collect payment from customers and does not charge a service fee in V1.

Conduct

Reviews must be your own honest experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, discriminatory, or written in exchange for compensation.

Vendor relationships

Vendors are independent contractors, not Timelyo employees. We verify each vendor before they go live but do not warrant the quality of their service. Disputes arising from a service are between you and the vendor; Timelyo will mediate in good faith.

Liability

Timelyo’s liability is limited to the booking amount. We are not responsible for consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
