Rules of the marketplace.
What we ask of vendors who list on Timelyo. Short version: be honest, show up, and respect the customer.
Onboarding
- Real shop name, real phone number, real photos.
- One identity document (Aadhaar / PAN / GST).
- UPI ID or bank account for payouts (Phase 3+).
Conduct
- Honour every confirmed booking. Two unresolved no-shows in 30 days = pause.
- Price what you list. No bait pricing.
- Update availability honestly — fake closures to dodge bookings is a ban.
Reviews
You can’t edit or remove a review. You can flag abusive content for moderation. Repeated retaliation (trying to identify or punish reviewers) is a ban.
Termination
We may pause or remove a vendor for any of the above. You can leave at any time — your listing is removed within 24 hours, your transaction history is retained per law.
