Three things we take seriously: who we let on the platform, how your data is handled, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Vendor verification
Every vendor is manually reviewed before they go live. We check identity, GST/PAN where applicable, and run a background check on the business. Any vendor with two unresolved complaints in 30 days is paused pending review.
Reviews you can trust
Only customers with a completed booking can review the shop. We block review-for-discount schemes and remove abusive content within 24 hours.
If something goes wrong
If a vendor no-shows, message us at support@timelyo.in and we’ll cover your ride to the next closest open shop. Disputes are mediated by Timelyo within 48 hours.
Your data
We collect what we need to make bookings work — phone, name, location for nearby suggestions. We never sell your data. Read the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
